System Design

The first stage of any project is to collect all the customer requirements. This enables a detailed design to be completed for customer approval prior to commencement of manufacture. This may require a site survey, should the customer be unable to supply sufficient detail. The detailed design will include:


• System architecture
• Full channel plans
• Details of interface connection points for third party equipment connection
• Functional details of all equipment types
• System block diagrams
• Site specific bay-face layout diagrams

Hence the approval of the detailed design will lock the functional scope of supply as well as the scope of material supply for the project. It is at this point that major materials procurement can commence.
