Todays Telecom networks are built over a diverse technology/equipment base (PDH, SDH, IP, MPLS, DWDM, Radio, etc.) with each vendor having their own management platform.

Network administrators are therefore seeking an OSS Platform that can support a diverse technology/vendor base and provide them one platform that can meet requirements of all the stake holders in network administration.

With this in mind, CNMS-NG has been developed as an OSS Platform to support diverse vendor/technology base (PDH, SDH, IP, MPLS, DWDM, Radio, etc.) and is scalable to support a broad range of enhancement packages including Inventory Management, Network Planning, Trouble ticketing and GIS.

Integration to 3rd party Business Applications such as SAP, Enterprise Infrastructure, Order Management, Content Collaboration and Process Management Packages is also supported.
